• Manage day-to-day Sales Support activities and ensure service standards are met

• Allocate workload across team members to ensure smooth order processing
• Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders on order fulfilment matters
• Identify process improvement opportunities in order management and system workflow
• Ensure accurate maintenance of product codes, pricing structures and documentation
• Support management reporting on order status and team performance
