Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Job
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will bridge business requirements and technical solutions as the team transitions from a legacy Informatica MDM solution to a new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and Salesforce teams to support a fresh-start implementation with no migration.
What You Will Do
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
- Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data.
- Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align business and technical requirements.
What You Will Need
- 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and Salesforce Administration/configuration.
- Experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
- Strong requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work within US time zones (EST/CST).
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Snowflake and Customer 360.
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience with marketing technology or GTM systems.
