About the role

As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Montway, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce systems. Working in collaboration with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, you’ll test and validate innovative Salesforce implementations that drive efficiency and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for Salesforce implementations.
• Validate Salesforce workflows, data architecture, and integrations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing on Salesforce solutions.
• Leverage tools and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks, enhancing efficiency.
• Provide input on best practices to optimize testing processes and improve system reliability.
• Assist in the validation of API integrations and data synchronization across systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Experience 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 1-2 years focused specifically on testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permission sts.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing SOQL queries and working with tools like Salesforce Inspector, Postman, Chrome DevTools, any AI models.
• Automation (Bonus): Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools (e.g., Provar, Copado Robotic Testing) or general automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is a huge plus.
• Certifications: A Salesforce Administrator (Admin201) certification is a bonus.
  
• Mindset: A self-starter who can independently manage testing tasks, clearly document bugs, and proactively advocate for system quality.
