Responsibilities

• Align business requirements with Salesforce FSC capabilities to ensure successful implementation
• Drive solution design decisions balancing customization and out‑of‑the‑box functionality
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Address scalability and performance challenges and ensure technical excellence
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate associated risks
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless integration
• Lead the technical vision, define architecture principles, and ensure alignment with IT strategy
• Analyze industry trends and design a technology roadmap consistent with organizational objectives

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with proven implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Life and Voluntary Benefits domain and its business processes
• In‑depth understanding of aligning business needs with technical solutions
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements within financial services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a client‑centric environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities
• Experience in defining IT strategies, technical roadmaps, and managing architecture risks
