Salesforce Solution Architect

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Integration

· Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

· Design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities.

· Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and enterprise architects to define solution roadmaps and architecture standards.

· Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment strategy while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and customer engagement processes.
