SAP ABAP Developer - S/4HANA EAM
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to independently design and develop ABAP/RAP solutions, integrate Fiori/UI5 and OData components, and support quality assurance through automated testing and technical documentation within an S/4HANA EAM environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain complex ABAP/RAP features and solutions
- Develop Fiori/UI5 applications and integrate OData services
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks, including ABAP Unit and PTF tests
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across development environments
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX Designers, User Assistance Developers, Scrum Masters, Quality Engineers, and SAP Managers
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers to align on project goals
- Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ABAP programming and the ABAP Development Environment
- Expertise in ABAP OO, RAP, and BAPI for enterprise application development
- Proficiency in CDS View Modeling, Fiori, and OData/Gateway technologies
- Skills in test automation tools such as ABAP Unit, PTF tests, and test isolation methods
- Familiarity with SAP tools and platforms including QMate, CRM WebUI, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and 1Order
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Capability to work well with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of customer-focused development practices
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
