As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, focusing on Application Evolution Services - SAP. Within our SAP practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP system functionality
- Managing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver insightful data visualizations and user experiences
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
