SAP Data Architect
We are seeking a SAP Data Architect to join our team. You should be able to design and deliver robust data analytics architectures. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, leading the deployment of end-to-end SAP Business Intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create scalable data models and analytics architectures to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics needs
- Guide development teams through technical implementation phases, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Oversee integration between SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical blueprints to guide development and implementation efforts
- Review, refine, and optimize data pipelines and query performance to ensure efficient and reliable data processing
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
- Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects, or involvement in multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle
- Experience with SAP BI/BW/BO or SAP Analytics Cloud implementation and support
- Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations and data compliance standards, such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and issue resolution
- Ability to conduct user training and support change management activities
- Experience preparing technical documentation and user guides
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- An SAP certification would be considered a plus, demonstrating validated expertise in relevant SAP modules or platforms
