SAP Project Manager / Test Lead

Our client is a reputable Scandinavian SAP consulting house specializing in designing, implementing, and supporting business-critical SAP solutions across multiple industries. The organization operates in a low-hierarchy, agile environment and promotes a strong culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
We are currently looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking SAP Project Manager / Test Lead with strong SAP ALM expertise.
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee SAP Application Lifecycle Management activities, ensuring effective change governance, release management, and structured testing processes across SAP landscapes.
This position is fully remote, starting ASAP, with an initial allocation of approximately 50% until June, and potential continuation thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate SAP ALM / Solution Manager activities, including Change Request Management (ChaRM), transport management, and release coordination.
- Plan and manage test cycles, including test strategy, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and delivery management.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards within SAP project delivery.
- Support structured rollout and deployment processes across SAP environments.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to testing, release management, and SAP lifecycle governance.
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as SAP Project Manager or Test Lead within SAP environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP ALM tools, including Solution Manager, ChaRM, Focused Build, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of SAP delivery lifecycle, change management processes, and structured testing methodologies.
- Experience working in distributed, international teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
