Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Scientific Sales Representative Poultry Line to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and revenue objectives for the poultry portfolio.
- Build and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, including number of sales outlets and distributors.
- Conduct field visits to maintain strong engagement with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring 100% satisfaction rate.
- Ensure a successful launch of the new feed additives products within the specified timeline.
- Conduct market research and surveys with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key account managers to ensure high product satisfaction rates.
- Optimize daily sales route planning by integrating Matrix and CRM tools, reducing travel time and increasing customer visits.
Requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the animal health or poultry industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Matrix) for sales tracking and customer management.
- Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills.
- Resident in Beni Suef, Fayoum.
