Responsibilities
What will you do?As a Scrum Master, you will help financial institutions deliver business and digital transformation initiatives while fostering effective Agile ways of working.
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation programmes
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in delivering value effectively
- Mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to improve team performance and delivery
- Support planning, dependency management, and coordination in complex environments
- Foster collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Contribute to Projective Group's Agile community and knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements
Your skills & qualifications- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
- +5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant
- Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management)
- Solid understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is an asset
- Experience in complex or regulated environments
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
