Leading Scrum framework implementation across diverse teams.Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).Coaching teams & mentoring department heads to step into Product Owner roles.Removing roadblocks and enabling teams to self-organize.Driving collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple squads (software & non-software).Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices.Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.PMP CertificationScrum Certification
