Time Requirements:
48 -72 hours per week (varies per country).
Travel Requirements:
Local travel may be required at times.
Position Duties:
The Security Crew will provide diligent protection of our physical assets and the people we serve.
- Secure Premises
- Ensure the main gate and all buildings are properly secured throughout shift
- Patrol the property perimeter
- Raise alarm in case of intrusion
- Prevent Loss
- Assist all departments with keeping buildings, tools and equipment secure
- Report known or suspected losses or damage to your supervisor
- Keep report log of all incidents that occur during a shift
- Maintain Safety
- Be friendly and respectful to all Team Members and visitors at the center
- Should trouble or tension arise, urge all participants to remain calm
Be familiar with procedures for all types of emergency situations
- Control Traffic
- Allow only authorized vehicles (including motorcycles/motorbikes) to access the property
- Instruct drivers as to where they are to park
- Keep a written Visitors’ log of all incoming and outgoing people and vehicles
- Maintain Communication Protocols
- Maintain a contact list in your phone and posted in the guard shack
