Security Delivery Lead

As a security delivery lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make critical decisions and manage the delivery of security governance. Key responsibilities

• Govern delivery of managed security services across SOC & CTI
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
• Act as main governance link between client leadership and delivery teams
• Lead service reviews, escalations, and governance forums
• Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level (not operations)
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory standards
• Drive service improvement and maturity initiatives

Required experience and skills

• Experience in managed security services governance
• Strong knowledge of SOC & CTI operating models
• Ability to manage stakeholders at executive level
• Strong risk, compliance, and audit awareness
• Experience handling escalations and decision-making
• Ability to challenge teams constructively without micromanaging
