About the Job
- Ensure guest safety across the property, parking lot, lobby, public areas, pool area, etc.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity in or around the hotel.
- Handle complaints courteously and quickly.
- Assist in keeping management informed of problems and developments that may arise among staff or guests.
- On occasion assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas of the hotel.
About You
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow and understand instructions.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1 year of security experience, preferred.
