What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, providing coaching, performance management, career development, and technical guidance to build a high-performing cybersecurity function.
- Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of cybersecurity initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Bank's cybersecurity controls across identity and access management, cloud security, infrastructure security, data protection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and business teams to identify risks, strengthen security architecture, and embed security into technology and business processes.
- Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation efforts, security monitoring, incident response activities, and ongoing risk reduction initiatives.
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, vendor security reviews, and compliance efforts within a highly regulated financial services environment.
- Serve as a trusted security advisor, helping influence technology decisions and advance the Bank's overall cybersecurity strategy.
