You are responsible for:
- Patrolling the security premises
- Monitoring access to secure areas
- Supervising and protecting sensitive data
- Evacuating and initiating emergency measures
- Leading a team of two to six agents
- Preparing and reviewing reports
- Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages
For this role, you must:
- Have experience in the security field
- Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation, including night and weekend shifts)
- Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills
- Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level B1), and have very good English skills (level B2)
- Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record
