Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor for a Senior Living Community in Washington, DC is responsible for leading and overseeing security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role supervises security personnel, coordinates daily activities, responds to emergencies, and enforces safety policies and regulations. The position requires a strong balance of leadership, vigilance, and compassionate customer service tailored to the needs of seniors, while maintaining compliance with local laws and healthcare safety standards. Must obtain a Security Officer (SO) License issued by the DC Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP)
