Senior Account Executive
You will contact, engage, and manage small business customers throughout their applications, understand their finance needs, and match them with suitable products and lenders. You will build relationships with commercial lending partners, maintain accurate Salesforce records, monitor market trends, and share customer and sales successes across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Contact and manage small business customers through their applications
- Build relationships with commercial lending partners
- Explain the Funding Options proposition and service
- Apply knowledge of business finance to customer needs
- Explain finance options across business finance product classes
- Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce
- Monitor and identify industry, market, and competition trends
- Add customer profile information to Salesforce
- Share customer stories and successes through organisational communication channels
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial finance brokerage or commercial finance customer-facing sales role
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented work ethic
