Senior Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field

Skills Required:

Proven problem-solving ability with complex, technical, and abstract concepts

Experience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions

Able to devise and implement productivity metrics with Team supervisors
