Senior Account Manager - Online Enterprise
You will identify and engage online merchants that can benefit from QR Ph-compliant payment solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, lead negotiations, close deals, finalize contracts, and support onboarding. You will help merchants integrate payments with their platforms, serve as their main contact, resolve issues, support transaction growth, meet sales targets, and share market feedback to improve merchant experiences and products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage online merchants including e-commerce stores marketplaces and subscription services
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare payment solution proposals
- Manage prospecting negotiations deal closing contract finalization and onboarding
- Support merchants integrating payments into their platforms
- Work with technology and compliance teams during onboarding and activation
- Build merchant relationships and serve as the main point of contact
- Resolve merchant issues and support transaction growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Share market feedback to improve merchant experiences and product offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales business development or merchant acquisition
- FinTech payments or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and close deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Familiarity with QR Ph payment gateways digital wallets or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus
