Senior Agent Security Engineer

Job Responsibilities

This security engineer role for GC information security is the cornerstone of our AI Agent native security architecture to protect Greater China's business innovation.

• You will build Agent Governance Frameworks, Agent Red Teaming, and Autonomous Logic Security.
• You will play a critical role in securing the Agent-enabled SDLC, encompassing AI-generated code scanning, Agent execution monitoring, and Skill/Tooling integration security.
• Your expertise will ensure robust defenses across P&G's Agent platforms, MCP-based ecosystems, and automated workflows, ensuring that intelligent entities operate within safe and compliant boundaries.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on software engineering experience in Java, Go, Python, or other modern programming languages.
• Strong experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Security Architecture, or Cloud Security, professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Experience with security automation, DevSecOps, cloud-native technologies, AI security, or modern enterprise application security.
