Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation)
You will design, build, and own full‑stack AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, data storage, and user interfaces. You will develop custom agentic solutions using modern models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to automate workflows and augment decision-making. You will embed with internal teams to translate needs into technical solutions, own projects end-to-end from scoping to long-term maintenance, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, and iterate on systems based on measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications
- Develop custom agentic solutions using state-of-the-art AI models
- Embed with internal teams to translate goals into technical solutions
- Own projects end-to-end including architecture, scoping, delivery, and maintenance
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define success criteria
- Build reliable, scalable systems that support critical operations
- Continuously evaluate impact and iterate on solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years full-stack software engineering experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and/or Python
- Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
- Experience building backend systems and designing APIs
- Experience with datastores such as Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone, Redis
- Hands-on experience with modern AI models and agentic tools
- Experience building or experimenting with agentic systems or workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n) or browser automation
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate independently
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Bonus: experience integrating AI evaluation/testing/observability platforms (e.g., DeepEval, Langfuse, LangSmith)
