We are looking for a Senior Billing Specialist who will be responsible for executing and overseeing complex billing processes across the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position will play a key role in transaction analysis, financial reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and financial close activities, collaborating with different areas of the business to ensure a strong financial experience aligned with quality standards. What you will do:

• Manage complex billing processes and activities across the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established service-level agreements.
• Analyze financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and validate critical information to ensure data integrity and operational quality.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and lead the implementation of solutions to minimize recurrence.
• Actively participate in financial close activities, internal controls, and audit processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve controls, and contribute to financial automation and transformation initiatives.
