As a Senior Analyst within our MENA Treasury team, you will be the engine behind our regional payment operations, owning everything from high-stakes liquidity management to the seamless execution of merchant payouts. You’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll lead automation initiatives and collaborate globally to launch new products, directly impacting our growth in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze cash inflows and outflows ensures sufficient liquidity for merchant processing, supplemented by strategic FX trade reviews.

  • Review merchant contractual terms helps determine the most efficient payout cycles and funding requirements.

  • Take full ownership of the payment lifecycle involves preparing, inputting, and auditing merchants, schemes, and working capital transfers.

  • Manage daily bank account reconciliations maintain total financial accuracy while providing a platform to identify and resolve exceptions.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for payment investigations requires a blend of deep system knowledge and a customer-first mindset.

  • Continuously improve operational documentation and identify automation opportunities to ensure the team's procedures remain efficient and lean.

  • Manage relationships with external banks and card schemes ensures all operational queries are resolved swiftly and effectively.

  • Oversee of bank account administration keeps our global accounts compliant and aligned with strict internal controls.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams simplifies the complexity of launching new products and achieving operational readiness.

  • Support the wider regional Treasury team involves contributing to strategic projects, efficiency drives, and quarterly regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

  • A background in treasury or payment operations with at least 2 years of relevant experience provides the necessary foundation for this role.

  • Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset are essential for driving continuous improvement across the department.

  • Thriving under pressure allows for the successful management of complex tasks and tight deadlines without sacrificing precision.

  • Clear communication and a collaborative spirit make it easy to build productive relationships with global stakeholders.

  • Personal accountability and a sense of pride in team outcomes define your professional approach.

  • Technical proficiency in tools like Kyriba, Looker, and AI-enabled reporting ensures data remains at the heart of every decision.
