Senior Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to support and drive SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across enterprise processes. The role focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and integrated financial solutions, with strong expertise in treasury, cash management, and banking processes.
You will play a key role in end-to-end implementations, continuous improvements, and service delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Work Location: Chakan, Pune
What you will do
- Support SAP S/4HANA delivery across Finance-to-Management processes.
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business “to-be” requirements with stakeholders.
- Perform configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation of SAP Finance solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end finance solutions following best practices.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and process experts to deliver optimal solutions.
- Support banking, payments, and treasury processes including integration and automation.
- Drive cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting capabilities.
- Contribute to intercompany reconciliation and netting processes.
- Support change management during implementation of new capabilities.
- Work in alignment with NCSP delivery processes and ITIL practices.
- Provide ongoing support across projects, enhancements, and service operations
We believe you have
- 7–10+ years of SAP FI experience (GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Cash Management)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Payments & banking (EBS, BCM, payment files, bank connectivity).
- Cash management & liquidity forecasting.
- Intercompany reconciliation & netting.
- Experience in 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Bank, CCA, COPCA).
- Understanding of AA, COPA, COPC, Material Ledger, VIM.
- Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PS, PP, PM, QM.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to design solutions independently and collaborate effectively.
Minimum Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

A Master’s degree (MBA/M.Com), CA qualification, and SAP S/4HANA or SAP FI certification are preferred.
