Senior Backend Developer
You will help define and set up a digital platform for the private credit industry, take ownership of platform components, build robust and scalable web applications, contribute to technical designs, collaborate with product and frontend stakeholders, mentor teammates, review code, and ensure backend security, performance, and reliability. You will also explore new domains such as generative AI and stay current with development trends.
Responsibilities
- Define and set up a digital platform for the private credit industry

Requirements
- 4-6 years of backend development experience
- Backend programming language proficiency in Python, Golang, Node.js, or Java
- Database knowledge including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
- RESTful API design
- Multithreading and concurrency programming
- Object-oriented design and design patterns
- Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Test-driven development
- Microservices architecture
- Serverless computing and event-driven architectures
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience with LLMs and AI technology
