Senior Backend Engineer

About the Job:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Go (Golang) and Python to develop high-performance, scalable microservices architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, high-performance services from scratch.
• Identify issues in application code, create refactoring tasks, and define actionable user stories.
• Manage technical debt effectively and conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
• Develop detailed plans from product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang) and Python.
• Strong expertise in Postgres, ElasticSearch, and pub/sub systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes.
• Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
