In PwC Poland’s Digital& we create innovative applications and deliver data-driven insights by combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including GenAI applications. Our capabilities span across data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development and cloud solutions. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that we deliver comprehensive, impactful solutions that drive business success. We carry out projects in various industries, including banking, insurance and retail, supporting clients from Europe, the USA, South America, and Asia.
We are looking for:
Senior BI Developer
Your future role:
Join a team of business intelligence experts developing cutting-edge digital solutions for PwC clients,
Collaborate with clients across industries to understand their challenges and translate them into data-driven opportunities,
Design and develop the visual layer of analytics and BI solutions, transforming complex data into clear, intuitive, and impactful user experiences,
Build analytics solutions that support real-time, operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making,
Bridge the gap between business needs and data, turning analytical findings into actionable insights.
Apply if you have:
At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization and analytics,
Proficiency in Power BI with good knowledge of DAX and Power Query,
Good understanding of databases and data modeling with practical experience in technologies such as SQL, ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx) or Python,
Proven track record conducting workshops with clients and gathering business requirements (business objectives, user needs and goals, supporting metrics, technical specifications, data sources),
Solid knowledge of data visualization and information design best practices coupled with exceptional care for detail, clarity and aesthetics,
Excellent command of English essential in working on international engagements,
Nice to have:
Experience working in a consulting space or in a similar client-facing, fast moving environment,
Understating of teamwork principles in one of the project management methodologies,
Experience in overseeing team members on projects,
Background in UX or UI design and familiarity with design software (e.g. Figma),
Practical skills in using Fabric, Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps)
Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
Familiarity with Generative AI topics, Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications in BI/analytics
