Senior BIM Coordinator (Signage Systems) [EL]
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for signage and wayfinding systems using Autodesk Revit
- Create and manage parametric families, templates, and shared parameters
- Embed technical data such as materials, electrical loads, and installation specifications
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
- Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements
- Update models for as-built documentation and project handover
- Support automation using Dynamo scripting where applicable
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM, or related field
- 3–5+ years of BIM/Revit experience (signage, fit-out, or metal detailing preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) preferred
- Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination workflows
- Experience in Dynamo or Python is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
