Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support solution design and functional analysis across multiple business domains.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to define target processes, data models, and functional solutions while ensuring alignment with the overall architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, challenge, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain functional requirements, including FR, HLSR, and SBIA.
• Work closely with architects and solution designers to support solution design.
• Define target business flows and data models.
• Validate solution feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Contribute to functional design decisions across multiple business domains.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across different systems and applications.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement of business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong solution design support experience.
• Experience working closely with architects and solution designers.
• Ability to define and document business flows and data models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and systems.

Desirable

• Experience working across subscription, parties, and business-related domains.
• Experience with complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working.
