Senior Business Analyst

Senior BA- Payroll space/Timesheeting system.

BA experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 8

years

Experience with Agile ways of

working

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful

reports.

Telecom experience

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and

management.

Familiar with JIRA and Confluence

Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Proven presentation and communication skills

Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable

solutions

Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving to think outside of the box, make

improvements and suggest a change.

Process Modelling experience preferably in Signavio

Work Demand: Proxy PO, a senior BA to assist PO for multiple screens. Skills of employee

life cycle in PayRole space (timesheets, employee life cycle) for the creation of Time sheeting

system

So, the person should be able to work as Proxy PO (Product Owner) and have experience working in

Payroll space/Timesheeting system.
