What you'll need
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in applying best practice transformation principles to drive staff adoption of new ways of working.
- Experience leading the mapping and redesign of clinical pathways, utilising EPR modules for transformative opportunities.
- Strong project management skills using robust approaches for planning and delivery of program outcomes.
- Capability of incorporating data analysis for informed business decision-making.
- Track record in supporting program activities, ensuring timely delivery aligned with Clinical Safety Standards.
