  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD where appropriate, for the development backlog
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and business users to validate that delivered software meets original business requirements, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for breaking down complex systems and processes into logical, easy-to-understand components
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience working within sprint cycles
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or similar platforms
  • Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail industries
  • Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

Benefits

  • Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers
  • Healthcare benefits
  • Employee financial programs
  • Paid time off and sick leave
  • Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses
  • Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses
  • Global career opportunities
  • Volunteer and community involvement opportunities
  • EPAM Employee Groups
  • Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
