Developing detailed business capability maps and identifying capability gaps and future requirements.
Planning and facilitating AS-IS workshops with business stakeholders.
Mapping existing processes, customer journeys, dependencies and pain points.
Designing future-state / TO-BE processes and customer journeys.
Supporting the definition and development of the Target Operating Model.
Translating the target state into realistic, phased transformation roadmaps.
Defining milestones, dependencies and transition stages.
Supporting process architecture and process mapping across multiple products and regions.
Contributing to organisational design, including roles, responsibilities and ownership.
Supporting the design of future governance structures, decision rights and escalation paths.
Working closely with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Change teams.
Ensuring that the future operating model reflects regulatory, risk and operational resilience requirements.
Identifying gaps and dependencies between the current and target operating models.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and business areas.
What we are looking for
Experience within Cards and/or Payments – this is a key requirement.
Hands-on experience designing and/or implementing Target Operating Models (TOM).
Strong Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture background.
Experience creating business capability maps and capability assessments.
Strong understanding of AS-IS → TO-BE transformation.
Experience with process mapping and customer journey design.
Experience facilitating workshops with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of organisational design, governance models and operating model principles.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational resilience within financial services.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
