Senior Business Development Manager Romania

You expand OKX’s network of key opinion leaders, affiliates, VIP traders, trading communities, and influencers in Romania. You recruit and manage affiliate partners, create strategies and campaigns that drive users and trading activity, build relationships, expand partnerships, collaborate with product teams, and analyze competitors and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, trading communities, and influencers
• Create strategies and campaigns to increase trading volume and user acquisition
• Promote active transactions through affiliate channels
• Build and maintain relationships with VIPs and affiliates
• Meet with partners to expand cooperation
• Collaborate with the product department
• Analyze competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• English fluency
• Romanian fluency
• Affiliate development experience in crypto, finance, or trading
• Analytical skills
• Market data interpretation
• Communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Financial market knowledge
• Eastern European regulatory knowledge
