About the Role
This is a pure hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities across both US Staffing and Technology/Solutions Sales.
If you enjoy opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and consistently driving net new logos and qualified meeting generation, this role is for you.
This is not an account management role — your core responsibility is pipeline creation through new logo acquisition and discovery conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net new logo acquisition across US Staffing, IT Services, and Technology Solutions (SaaS, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics).
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple verticals.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and qualified meetings with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and business leaders.
- Identify and position solutions across:
- IT Staffing & Workforce Solutions
- Digital Transformation & Cloud Services
- Data, Analytics & AI Solutions
- SaaS and Enterprise Applications
- Develop strategic outbound campaigns to penetrate target accounts and acquire new logos.
- Convert cold outreach into qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities.
- Work closely with recruiting, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, and pipeline generation targets).
