Senior Business Intelligence Project Manager User Growth
You identify growth problems through data, diagnose root causes, shape recommendations, and drive outcomes across regulated markets. You monitor growth metrics, analyze performance, build dashboards and analytical frameworks, manage initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, define success criteria, track outcomes, and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor growth metrics across regulated markets
- Identify anomalies, trends, and growth opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analysis of growth performance
- Translate findings into prioritized recommendations
- Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards
- Own growth initiatives from scoping through outcome tracking
- Coordinate growth, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Define success criteria and track results
- Apply AI tools and automation to analysis and reporting
- Champion AI-native practices
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management
- Learning agility

- English proficiency
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred
