Senior Case Manager

The Senior Case Manager serves as a key leadership team member responsible for participant engagement, retention, successful completion, and employment outcomes. This position provides advanced case management services, clinical support, crisis intervention, workforce coaching, and staff supervision while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, participant-centered services. The Senior Case Manager oversees participant service plans, monitors program compliance and performance metrics, supports staff development, and collaborates across departments to achieve contract goals and participant outcomes.
