Senior Cash Control Analyst

You reconcile client and firm cash positions in AutoRek, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, monitor client money regulations and liquidity buffers, produce liquidity and cash management reports, manage queries from stakeholders and financial institutions, improve reconciliation and payment processes, support audits, implement a Treasury Management System, onboard new products, lead automation initiatives, and maintain procedures and control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client and firm cash positions in AutoRek
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor client money regulations and liquidity buffers
• Produce daily liquidity and cash management reports
• Manage queries from internal and external parties
• Improve reconciliation, payment processing, and cash management processes
• Recommend risk-mitigating solutions
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Support CASS audits
• Implement the Treasury Management System
• Onboard new products
• Lead automation initiatives
• Maintain procedures, process documentation, and control frameworks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of financial services experience
• Experience with reconciliation and cash management
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems
• Minimum BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to liaise with banking institutions and auditors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Power BI proficiency is beneficial
