Senior Claims Domain Architect
Salary: Including Superannuation
We are seeking a Senior Claims Domain Architect to take ownership of the target state architecture, guiding the transition from legacy core platforms onto an enterprise Salesforce footprint.
This high profile, 12 month contract role offers the opportunity to drive complex domain architecture across enterprise platforms while improving outcomes for workers, employers, and healthcare providers statewide.
The Role
Working alongside principal architects, delivery leads, and platform teams, you will establish the architectural direction for the claims domain. You will develop target state roadmaps, provide design assurance, and ensure solution integrity across multi platform integrations.
Key focus areas:
- Defining target state domain architectures, transition roadmaps, and capability models.
- Providing design assurance across complex Salesforce solution implementations.
- Leading domain governance in architecture review boards and design forums.
- Aligning business objectives with scalable integration practices across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS.
The Tech Stack & Environment
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio.
- Integration & Cloud: MuleSoft, AWS, Enterprise Data & Security Frameworks.
- Methodologies: TOGAF / EA Frameworks, Agile Delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive Domain Architecture experience within complex, large scale enterprise transformations.
- Proven capability in the Salesforce ecosystem, with specific expertise in Service Cloud, PSS, and OmniStudio.
- Experience within workers' compensation, insurance, injury management, or government regulatory sectors.
- Strong background establishing integration patterns connecting Salesforce to MuleSoft and AWS environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and governance skills, with the ability to balance strategic roadmaps with delivery realities.
