Senior Compensation Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will analyze complex compensation data, generate actionable insights, develop analytical products, reports, and models, and enable data-driven decision-making within compensation processes and programs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and risks, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support and contribute to compensation initiatives, including salary review cycles, pay equity analysis, compensation planning, and other compensation programs
- Conduct market compensation analysis and salary benchmarking to support compensation decision-making
- Develop analytical approaches, models, and scenarios to evaluate compensation-related questions and provide data-driven recommendations
- Define business requirements for compensation data products, reports, and dashboards, partnering with technical teams to improve data availability, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, consulting (including Big Four), reporting, or other analytical roles
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and draw meaningful conclusions from complex data
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate different approaches, and proactively propose solutions
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality
- Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion
- English — B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard development
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or R
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
