Our Team

Our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused. We embody our Leadership Principles in our work and culture. We are a distributed team with remote employees across every US time zone, as well as select offices in the US and internationally.

Who You Are

You are a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Data Analyst with a proven track record of using data to inform decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a natural problem-solver, you excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You've played a key role supporting the analytics function in a high-growth environment at a prior company, leveraging AI to drive business outcomes.

You are a generalist at heart — equally comfortable partnering with Finance to reconcile operating and financial views, standing up reporting for external partners, and stitching the full customer lifecycle into a single narrative for leadership. You've earned the trust of leadership and external stakeholders by holding a high bar for accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • You are primarily responsible for Finance and Post-Sales analytics — owning the reporting layer that bridges Sales and Post-Sales, and producing the board-ready and externally-facing reporting our leadership team and government partners depend on.

  • Partner directly with Finance and senior leadership to build, validate, and own the metrics that feed board reporting, AOP planning, and monthly/quarterly business reviews — including MRR/ARR, churn and retention, and revenue attribution across customer segments.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales and Post-Sales reporting, building a consistent view of the customer lifecycle from pipeline through activation, retention, and expansion, and resolving definitional gaps between the two.

  • Own our external partnership reporting portfolio end-to-end, including customer-facing dashboards — translating partner data requirements into models and dashboards, and ensuring the data we hand to an external audience is accurate, appropriately permissioned, and self-service.

  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in our BI tools (Sigma + Tableau) to track key cross-funnel KPIs for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ve done:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role — preferably with Finance, Fintech, BizOps, or Retention domain experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in core technical analytics, including SQL (writing complex queries and manipulating data), Data Transformation (maintaining data models with tools like dbt), and Business Intelligence/Visualization with tools like Sigma or Tableau.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining data models and pipelines end-to-end that served as the single source of truth.

  • A history of building and owning a suite of dashboards and reports in a BI tool, consistently delivering valuable insights to business stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, including acting as a trusted consultant and effectively translating technical information for all levels of an organization.

  • Demonstrated fluency using AI to fundamentally change how you work — not just to speed up tasks, but to automate routine workflows, accelerate analyses, and build reusable tools and data infrastructure.

  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.

This role must be available for work during standard US working hours (any 8-hour shift from 9am EST - 8pm EST).
