Senior Data Analyst Product Team
You will own product analytics across multiple products and user journeys. You will design event tracking frameworks, build funnels, scale A/B testing, apply AI and LLM technologies to analytics, define product KPIs, automate reporting, monitor metrics, and deliver insights for product and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop product analytics across multiple products and user journeys
- Design and maintain a unified product event tracking framework
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across product events
- Build and optimize end-to-end product funnels
- Build and scale the A/B testing framework
- Design experiments and analyze results
- Use AI and LLM technologies to automate experiment analysis, anomaly detection, and product insights
- Define product KPIs with Product Managers and stakeholders
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Automate reporting and metric monitoring
- Deliver insights that improve product performance and business outcomes
- Promote best practices in experimentation, analytics, and data quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics
- Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or transaction-heavy digital products
- Experience building an A/B testing framework from scratch
- Experience designing and maintaining product event tracking systems
- Experience with Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience applying AI and LLMs to analytics
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- English B2/C1
- Experience building product metrics frameworks for multiple products
- Experience supporting high-scale B2C applications
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or Web3 products
