An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a high-performing enterprise technology team. You'll play a key role designing, building and optimising modern data solutions using Databricks while working alongside cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality data outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimise modern data engineering solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable Databricks data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver data initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, Agile ceremonies and solution design discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and modern data engineering practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of modern data engineering practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Exposure to or a passion for AI is highly regarded.
