As a Senior Designer in our London studio, you'll be a highly skilled designer with exceptional craft across brand and communications. • Work across multiple client accounts, adapting quickly to different brands, teams and creative challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Client Services to deliver exceptional work.
  • Design creative for campaigns, social, digital experiences, presentations, film and stills.
  • Contribute to UI and digital interface design where appropriate, supporting digital experiences across a range of client projects.

  • A compelling portfolio that showcases exceptional design craft across brand and communications.
  • Strong experience working within established design systems and translating them into high-quality creative deliverables across multiple channels.
  • A highly capable generalist, comfortable designing across social, campaigns, digital, film, stills and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote. Working knowledge of After Effects or motion design is an advantage.
  • Comfortable contributing to UI and digital design where required, while bringing a strong foundation in visual design.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to take ownership of briefs and deliver them independently.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, solving problems independently and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about design craft, with exceptional attention to typography, layout, composition and detail.
  • Curious about emerging technologies and excited to explore how AI can enhance creative workflows and design execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and present work to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborative by nature, building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams while contributing positively to AKQA's creative culture.
