Senior Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Drive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and development processes.
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
