Senior DevOps Specialist
You will drive the deployment security and reliability of Web3 data and identity protection solutions. You will identify what matters and address it, leading work through to completion in collaboration with others. You will take ownership of key components of the infrastructure while shaping the broader technical direction using AI driven automation and infrastructure as code to replace manual processes and ensure security requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Shape and operate infrastructure and deployment systems
- Drive reliability and observability
- Implement monitoring and incident response practices that surface issues before customers
- Champion security and compliance
- Collaborate across the engineering organization to align infrastructure work with priorities
- Identify and implement AI tools and agents to reduce bottlenecks across the DevOps lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering information systems or a related degree
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps SRE or infrastructure engineering role
- Deep technical understanding of Unix Linux networking storage firewalls and data flows
- Kubernetes Terraform Docker
- AWS Azure or GCP experience
- Experience adhering to CJIS CMMC SOC2
- Proficiency in Python and shell scripting
- Strong prioritization and communication skills
- Experience deploying blockchain nodes is a plus
- Istio or service mesh experience is a plus
