Senior Draftsman

Job Summary

Produce detailed electrical designs and drawings using AutoCAD to support project requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards. Collaborate effectively within teams and manage deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Create precise electrical design drawings using AutoCAD to meet project specifications and standards
• Apply electrical engineering knowledge to develop and verify design accuracy and functionality
• Utilize AutoCAD, Microstation, and Revit software proficiently to produce technical drafts and documentation
• Manage project timelines independently while collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery
• Adapt designs based on project feedback and technical requirements to optimize electrical systems

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting electrical designs using AutoCAD, Microstation, or Revit software
• Proficient knowledge and application of AutoCAD software for electrical design tasks
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to design and drafting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering
