Our platform helps engineering teams gain deep visibility into cloud-native environments while reducing the cost, complexity, and vendor lock-in associated with traditional observability solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while building relationships with Fortune 500 and enterprise customers. You'll execute a strategic land-and-expand motion, work closely with our VP of Sales and founders, and help scale Odigos' go-to-market efforts as we establish ourselves as a leader in modern observability.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Experience selling observability, APM, cloud infrastructure, or related developer-focused technologies
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota in enterprise sales environments
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Ability to communicate emerging technologies and translate technical innovation into business value
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations
